He is survived by: his wife Sarah Turnbow Tackett; his sister Sandra Tackett Zaleske; his daughters, Rebecca Tackett Balko and Caroline Tackett Gordon; and also, Larry Wayne Balko, Charlene Balko, Tatum Balko Edlin, Mary Zaleske Rivera-Ribando, Thomas Zaleske, Christine Zaleske May and Billy Zakeske.
