James Walter Rowland Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Walter Rowland of Glenwood, Arkansas, who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thaddeus Rowland and Ruby Florean Youngblood Rowland; his significant other Sharon Anne Thornton Rowland; his children, Kenneth Rowland and Michelle Kellar (Scotty Linville) of Glenwood; his son-in-law Ricky Kellar; and his siblings, Margaret Holley and Duane Rowland.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Wright (Bryan) of Glenwood and Kathy Rowland of Glenwood; his grandchildren, Tosha, Haley, Tanner, Kinsley, Mia, Richard and Robert; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Rayleigh, River and Raynie; and his sisters, Helen Finney, Martha Jones, Sherrie Milholen (Hershel), Joy Welch and Linda Saffell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Jimmy to the Bethel Mission Fund or the Bethel Youth Fund to P.O. Box 315, Glenwood, AR 71943.
