He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Ragsdale, Sr. and Alice Francis Smith Ragsdale. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Ragsdale; his children, Justin Ragsdale and Jamie; his son-in-law Micah Dixon; his grandchild Berkley; his siblings, Billy James Ragsdale and Sherry; and his brother-in-law Norman Yearger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
