He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley O. Lock and Emma Martin Lock; his significant other Phyllis Robinson Lock; his siblings, Douglas Lock, James Lock, Richard Lock and Ginger Self; his nephews, Donald Lock, Mike Lock, Bill Ratliff and Shane Ratliff; and his niece Cherry Ratliff.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Doyce Self of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Lonetta Lock of Glenwood; and his nieces and nephews, Norris Self, Bobby Lock, Billy Lock, Ben Lock, Russell Self, Debbie Howell, Lori White, Vickey Francis and Tammy Terry. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family.
