He is survived by: his spouse Nelma Lee; his daughters, Janet Waddell (Tom) of Ironton and Donna Thacker (Steve) of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Rhett Witcher, Amber Witcher, Ryan Witcher, Jake Witcher, Tommie Waddell, Catherine Wayment, Adam Waddell, Alyssa Anderson, Katie Gunter and Sam Thacker; his sisters, Joyce Farmer of Hamburg and Sharon Shear (Larry) of Urbana, Indiana; his siblings-in-law, Doll Cochran of Corning, Shirley Witcher of New Philadelphia, Ohio and Charles Lee (MaryLou) of Peoria, Illinois; and his daughter-in-law Paula Witcher of Success. He is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
