He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Bauffman Duggan and Gracie Clara Vaughn Duggan; and his siblings, Estelle Duggan, Betty Ruth Jester, Billy Gene Duggan, Odean Duggan, Ronnie Duggan and Dale Duggan.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Karen Duggan of Glenwood; his son Gare; his daughter-in-law Tami Duggan of Glenwood; his daughter Gera; his son-in-law Mike Partee of Sarasota, Florida; his grandchildren, Ally, Damien, Kara, Spencer, Clay and Emma Grace; his great grandchild Bellamy; and his siblings, Carlos Duggan of Glenwood and Sue Wisener of Black Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
