She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Alexander O'Neal and Muriel Elizabeth Bailey O'Neal; her husband Vernon James; her brother Dean O'Neal; and her granddaughter Melissa Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Dean Chambers), Michael James of Bonnerdale, Billy (Christine James) and Rita (Robert Shaw); and her grandchildren, Adam Chambers, Sarah Cox, Ryan Mathis, Kate Cannon, Jessica Thomason, Michael James, Jr., Jessie James and Angelica Ramous. She is also survived by her numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family.
