She is survived by: her son Gerald Simmons; her grandchildren, Cheryl Duncan of Hot Springs, Johnny Fagan of Amity, Amy Horn of Union and Corey Simmons of Indiana; her great grandchildren, Kylie Fagan, Bradley Fagan, Joseph Fagan, Braxton Simmons and Michael Simmons; her sister Patsy Furr of Hot Springs; and her friends, Dave, Norma Barron and Dewana House. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
