She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Lee Horn and Rebecca Jane Lowery Horn; her husband Leo Small; and her siblings, Harold Horn, Jess Lee Horn, Jr. and Maxine Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Mark Small of Glenwood; her grandchildren, Heather Albright and Heath Kizer; her great grandchildren, Athan Kizer, Reid Albright and Kirby Albright; her caregiver Debbie Horn of Glenwood; her sister-in-law Jo Hawkins of Washington, DC; and her close friend Katherine Williams of Glenwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
