He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Eugene Burgess and Maudy Pearl Coffman Burgess; and his siblings, Clarence Burgess, Dean Burgess, James Burgess and Maudy Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Burgess of Glenwood; his son Keith Burgess of Bonnerdale; his children-in-law, Sue Burgess of Bonnerdale and Kathy Linville of Glenwood; his great grandchildren, Mariah Bates, Halee Bates, Braelynne Bates, Baylor Bates, Jordan Bates, Lexi Bates, Addison Thew and Brinlee Bean; his sister Elsie White of Glenwood; his grandchildren, Trina Bates, Jordan Bates, Lexi Bates, Ellen Mooreland and Shirley Hudgins; and also, Kim McCormick of Glenwood and Bryan McCormick of Glenwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.
