He was predeceased by: his parents, Robbie Lee Cowart and Nina Jean Black; and his brother Darrell Cowart. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cowart; his children, Jake Cowart and Lindsay Lenard of Black Springs; his son-in-law Elvis Lenard of Black Springs; and his grandchildren, Hayden Cowart, Hannah Cowart and Brodie Lenard.
