He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Delton Pate and Lee Zettie "Liz" Todd Pate; his brother Kevin Yandell; and his pet Jack. He is survived by: his brother Virgil Andrew Cogburn; his stepdaughter Kristi Hill; his nieces and nephews, Autumn Yandell, Holly Yandell, Linzy Yandell and Trent Freeman; and his friend Sherry Cates. He is also survived by loving friends; and all of his trucker family.
