We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2020, at the age of 89, Delphine Marie Charlton of Glenwood, Arkansas, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Peter Vincent and Goldie Rachel Bailey Vincent; and her children, Paul Soch, Eileen Carpenter and Rachel Foslid.
She is survived by: her daughter Gladys "Petey"; her son-in-law Bob Huggins of Glenwood; and her siblings-in-law, Myrna Menth of Monticello, Minnesota and Fred Soch of Waubun, Minnesota. She is also survived by four grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews.
