He was predeceased by: his parents, R. B. Edward Mann and Effie Nation Mann; his son Christopher "Chris" David Mann; his brother Victor "Vic" Carl Mann; and his brothers-in-law, Roy O'Neal and Stanley Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Mann of Kirby and Kaleena (Nathan Hanselman) of Greenbrier; his grandchildren, Emmett Hanselman, Cadin Mann, Madison Mann and Jordan Mann; his brother Larry; his sister-in-law Pamela Mann of Malvern; and his sisters, Carole O'Neal of Glenwood, Doris (Charles Kilgore) and Chere Wilson of Holyoke, Massachusetts. He is also survived by numerous niece, nephews, extended family.
