He is survived by: his spouse Treva Lambert Henthorn; his daughters, Kim Henthorn of California and Kerry Hobbs of Oregon; his grandchildren, Kassi Henthorn of Oregon and Kenneth Henthorn of California; his great grandchild Justin Henthorn of Oregon; and his brother Jackie Henthorn of Pearcy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, a host of friends and two nieces and one nephew.
