He was predeceased by: his stepfather James McKendrick. He is survived by: his mother Linda McKendrick of Garvin; his daughter Kaitlyn Blackwell of Idabel; and his siblings, Tina Mooney of Eagletown, James "Jimmy" McKendrick Jr. (Dawn) of Decatur, Christy Lappin of Hollycreek, Misty Bryan (Cole) of Garvin and Felicia Franks (John) of Idabel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
