He was predeceased by: his mother Elva Jean Burks; and his parents-in-law, Helen Waite and Cleo Pennington. He is survived by: his significant other Kay Lawson of Glenwood; his son David; his daughter-in-law April Porter of Hopper; his grandchildren, Cutter Ford of Nashville and Larissa (Mark Smith) of Little Rock; his great grandchild Belle Porter of Little Rock; his sister Teresa; his brother-in-law Jason Walsh of Silverdale, Washington; his nephew Christopher Walsh of Silverdale, Washington; and his uncle Freddie Campbell of Austin, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
