He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank and Sadie Tugman. He is survived by: his parents, Renee Tugman Gaither and Jerry Gaither; the mother of his children Tina Tugman; and his daughters, Sadie Mae Tugman and Stormy Eve Tugman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
