He was predeceased by: his wife Velma June Belcher; his children, Melinda Sue Brown and Jamie Lee Belcher; his parents, Travis Belcher and Melvia Reed Birdsong Belcher; and his siblings, Kenneth Belcher, Wilma Ford, Dorothy Belcher and Martha Odom.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Prince of Oklahoma City, Renee Pierce of Van Buren, AR, Ray Belcher of Wickes, David Belcher of Gillham, Kevin Belcher of Gillham and Richard Belcher of Oklahoma City; and his sister Velva Norman of Medford, Oregon. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
