As we bid James Luther farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For James Luther is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Jones and Mary Agnes Riley Jones; and his brother-in-law Sam Todd. He is survived by: his sister Lynn Todd of Saulsbury, Tennessee; his nephew Dall Parks of Henderson, Tennessee; his nieces, Karin Todd and Laressa Trumble (Cody) of Saulsbury, Tennessee; and his aunt Maxine Barnes of Gillham. He is also survived by six great-nephews; three great-nieces; one great-great niece.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel (403 W Stillwell Ave, De Queen, AR 71832).
