She was predeceased by: her parents, C. L. Head and Maddie Head; her children, Terri Lynn Fariless and Richard James Bell; her siblings, John Lee Head, Clifford Head and Opal Scott; and her grandsons, Ray Carl Bell and Richard Lee Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Ronda Boerner, Troy Bell of Gillham and Darryl Bell of Gillham. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
