She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Perry and Minnie Perry; and her husbands, W. Cary Lewis, Sr., Blase Francis Yamona and Jim Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Lorena Lewis Branson (Mike), Kelly Lewis Williams (Tommy), Carrie Lynn Lewis McGaha (Tim), W. Cary Lewis (Mary) and Tony Yamona (Kelli); her siblings, Burnell Perry and Carol Grossnickel; her grandchildren, Leslie Branson, Ben Branson, Alan Branson, Trey Williams, Kimberly Williams Martin, Meg McGaha Nalley, Ryker McGaha, Clint Lewis, Katy Lewis, Maddie Yamona Walkup, Ally Yamona, Jackson Yamona, Parker Yamona and Hunter Yamona; and her close friend Robert Probst. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
