He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther B. Jacobs and Imogene Jacobs; his brothers, Billy Jacobs, Bobby Jacobs and Patrick "Bucky" Jacobs; and his great grandchild Wesley Earl Green Barrett.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ellen Kennedy and Susan Morris; his wife Terrie of Gillham, Arkansas.; his children, Jennifer and Dwayne; his son-in-law Rodney Barrett of Wickes; his grandchild Taylor; his great grandchildren, Colt and Mylo; his grandchild Kyle Barrett; his great grandchildren, Meadow, Roanin, Tobias, Caspian and Hadassah; his daughter-in-law Laura of Gilbert Arizona; and his grandchildren, Grace, Josh, Emily, Jen, Vivian and Abby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a diverse array of extended family.
