He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Cecil Cover and Johnetta Eason Cover; his wife Linda Place Cover; and his siblings, Bob Cover and Joyce Gordon.
He is survived by: his sons, John David Cover (Claudette) of Gillett and James Cover of Gillett; his grandson Jacob Coburn (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Eli and Isaac Coburn; and his siblings-in-law, Scott Place (Karen) and Leona Fletcher. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
