He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Johnson and Norma Johnson (Trotter); his daughter Carrie; and his brother Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Johnson; his daughter Chelsea Johnson; and his siblings, Jana, Kim, Lynn and David. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
