It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flora Shrable (Gepp, Arkansas), born in Springerton, Illinois, who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Simpson, Sr. and Nellie A. Wilson Simpson. She is survived by: her husband Lowell Shrable; her children, Teresa Owenby (Burl), Terena Lester (John) and Ron Shrable (Laurie); her grandchildren, Paul Jordan (Becky), Andy Owenby, Troy Lester (Lia), Stephanie Mitchell (Logan), Kaleb Shrable (Erin), Jacob Shrable (Ashley), Noah Shrable, Larissa Blanks (Jared), Allison Holesapple and Meagan Holesapple; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Hayden, Harlen, Raklen, Evelyn, Easton, Koy, Everly and Mavlynn; her sisters, Betty Collins and JoAnn Byrd (Richard); her close friends, Arlene and Keith Wilcox; and her great grandchild William Layne Lester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“I just found out about Flora and I wanted to offer my condolences. She was very dear to my heart while I was in service to her and afterwards. I never stopped thinking of her. I always wondered how she was doing and finally asked when I was told of the sad news. As with my husband who passed on the 13th of May their suffering has seized and they are whole now in the loving arms of our Savior. God bless and comfort the Shrable family. She was an amazing woman and I loved her dearly.”
