He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ellis Bailey, Sr. and Anna Elizabeth Bailey (McElhenny). He is survived by: his daughter LeEtta Bailey; and his sisters, Anne Johnson, Donna Reed and Marlene Reyes. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Twin Lakes Play House (P.O. Box 482, Mountain Home, Arkansas 72653).
