He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Temple and Pauline Temple; and his siblings, Rosie Brown, Alvin Temple, Dale Temple and Gary Temple.

He is survived by: his wife Wilai Temple; his children, Tim Temple (Yvonne) of Gentry, Arkansas and Tammy Temple Barringer of Rogers, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Conner Barringer and Madison Barringer.
