He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Harper and Dessia Weston Harper; and his brother Henry. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Keith Harper (Georgia) of Gentry and Wendell Harper of Bentonville, Arkansas; and his siblings, Wayne Harper of Gentry and Helena Harper of Siloam Springs. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
