He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charlie Bartley and Mary Meyers. He is survived by: his parents, Everett Bartley and Katherine R. Bartley; his son Michael C. Barrett of Gentry, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Steven Barrett of Gentry and Jennifer Calcott of Gentry, Arkansas; and his sister Lila Palmer of Pryor, Oklahoma. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
