She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Wear and Elsie Wear (Plummer); her husband Earl Samuel Lewellen; and her siblings, Cecil Wear, Ray Wear, Billy, Melba, Wilma and Shirley McCartney-Ohl (Wear).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Williams (Keith) of Gentry, AR, Mary Bailey (David) of Gentry, Sharon Jones (Chuck) of Siloam Springs, AR. and Raymond Lewellen (Betty) of Seligman, Missouri; and her siblings, Walter Wear of Gentry, David Wear of New Mexico, John Wear of Alabama, Frank Lee of Gentry, Joe Lee of Gentry, Pat McKinley of Oklahoma and Ann Coker of Tennessee. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
