She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan E. Perkins and Gwendolyn "Urich" Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Coones; her son Russell E. Coones (Tammy); her granddaughters, Tara and Kelsie of Farmersville, Texas; her son John E. Coones (Elisa); and her grandchildren, Monica and John of Willard, Utah. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and many other friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Children's Hospital in Springdale, Arkansas.
