He is survived by: his spouse Marylou Vlastuin (McGuire); his stepchildren, April Kantaphone (Ole), Wayne McGuire (April), Eric McGuire, Jose McGuire and Derek McGuire (Sam); his parents, Fred Vlastuin and Ann Vlastuin of Rock Valley, Iowa; and his siblings, John Vlastuin (Helen) of Rock Valley, Eleanor Vande Stouwe (Greg) of Lansing, Don Vlastuin (Paulita) of Farmington, Doug Vlastuin (Sheila) of Rogers, Tom Vlastuin (Shelly) of Pea Ridge, David Vlastuin (Danielle) of River Falls and Beverly Plantenberg (Kevin) of Dakota Dunes. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
