She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Allen and Geneva Wilhite Allen; and her siblings, Lovetra Welch and Doyle Allen. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Cunningham (Joseph) of Tulsa and Tammy Bryan (Terry) of Rogers, Arkansas; her great grandchild Carter Cunningham; her nieces, Cheryl Potter and Tonia Pollard; and her nephew David Welch.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Research.
