He is survived by: his wife Louise "Lou" Moncus Finney; his children, Jan Finney Long and Jeffery Dean Finney (Benita); his grandchildren, Tara Leigh Neely (John), Amber Alisa Finney, Dakota Long, Bradon Finney and Chase Long; his great grandchildren, Zoe Neely, Laci Neely, Hailey Neely, Rileigh Neely and Carlie Neely; and his sisters, Evelyn Lyons and Juanita Blackburn (Steve).
