He is survived by: his wife Melody Willison; and his siblings, Bessie Blair of Ada, Glenda Barker (Ted) of Anderson, Carolyn Wilks (Bob) of Decatur, Audry Conkling (Carl) of Gentry and Jerry Blair (Alma) of Goodman, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
