He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Warren and Lola Laverne Beal (Mulvaney); his siblings, Loretta J. Beal, Phyllis Beal and Wilbur Lee Beal; his sons, Kenny Beal and David Beal; and his stepson Brian Teague.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his children, Cathy Milzarek, Tammy Beal, Jeff Beal, Harold W. "Shorty" Beal and John Teague. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
