He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Holm; his children, Shannon Holm (Christy) of Siloam Springs and Heather King (Jon) of Siloam Springs; his adoptive son Dalton Ott of Siloam Springs; his siblings, David Holm (Joyce) of Salado, Texas and Shirley Spencer (Steve) of Bentonville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Katie Holm, Lyric King, Skylar King and Sawyer King; his close friend Linsay Lemke; and also, Devyn and Raelyn.
