He was predeceased by: his brother Ray. He is survived by: his parents, Adrill Winningham and Barbara Winningham of Gentry; his daughters, Kristy Bass of Coweta and Mystery Hammer of Siloam Springs; and his siblings, Jo Ann Clark (Ronnie) of Berryville, Mac Winningham (Lenora) of Rogers and Gail Henline (Rick) of Springdale. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
