He was predeceased by: his father George Milligan. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Milligan (Brown) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his wife Loyce Ann Hall; and his children, Phyllis Berry (James) of Gentry, Darrell Long (Susan) of Maumelle, Kenniston Long of Acworth, Georgia, Timothy Milligan of Ozark and Steven Milligan (Amy) of Rogers, Arkansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
