He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Allen and Grace May Brown (Clark); and his siblings, Kenneth Brown, Barbara Tucker and Melvin Brown.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Brown. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
