He was predeceased by: his parents, Eusebio Zambrano Sr. and Ester Leal Zambrano; and his brother-in-law Dr. Roberto Fuentes. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Helene Margaretha Nikkels; his wife Helene; his children, A. Rene Zambrano (Kathy) of Gentry, Dr. Hans Andrew Zambrano (Karen) of Aledo, Texas and Sylvia O'Neill (Terry) of Riverside, California; his grandchildren, Anthony A. Zambrano, Austin M. Zambrano, Lucas A. Zambrano, Myranda N. Zambrano and Andrew Zambrano; and his sisters, Laura Fuentes of Zambrano and Leticia Trevino (Guillermo) of Zambrano.
