She was predeceased by: her parents, Berna Smith-Neville and Romie Nerville; her son Dennis Wooldridge; and her great grandchild Seqret St. Clair. She is survived by: her children, Diana Black (James) of Watts, OK and Rick Wooldridge of Siloam Springs, AR; her grandchildren, Mike Wooldridge, Brian Wooldridge, Lisha St. Clair, Amanda George, John Wooldridge, Ricky Wooldridge Jr., Melissa Wooldridge, Charley Wooldridge and Zoey Wooldridge; her great grandchildren, Kyle Ritchie, Nik Rieken and Lacie St. Clair; her great great grandchildren, Tristan Ritchie, Hayden Ritchie, McKayla Ritchie, McKenzie Ritchie, Kadince Rieken, Bentlee Rieken, Cameron Rieken, CJ Boles, Chance Boles, Juliana Rameriz, Dax Adamson and Charlie McCalip; her sister Marlys Perry of Springdale, AR; her nephew Greg Jordan (Melanie) of Houston, TX; and her pet Tiger. She is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
