He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Sybil Smith Harper; his wife Rhonda Woods; his father Bud Harper; his children, Rhonda Radtke of Rogers, Kandy Harper of Tulsa, Joshua Harper (Tina) of Colcord and Sunni Davis (Tim) of Eucha, Oklahoma; his sisters, Sandra Thompson (Eddy) of Gentry, LuElla McKain of Siloam Springs and Bobbie Nolan (Scotty) of Gentry; his grandchildren, Lane, Mya, Brittany, Megan, Heather and Kyle; and his great grandchildren, Korbyn and Mattis. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
