He is survived by: his mother Peggy Hutchinson; his son Zain Collins of Gentry; his father Chris Collins of Gentry; his siblings, Chris Collins, Jr. of Gentry, Cassidee Gillam of Anderson, Brittney Clauson (Robert) of Fayetteville, Ashlon Patterson of Siloam Springs and Rebecca Patterson of Siloam Springs; and his grandparents, Leon Collins of Rogers, Sandy Jones of Damascus, Arkansas and Ruth Ann Lalonde of Fort Smith, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
