He is survived by: his children, Tammie Noah, Billie McGarrah, Dobby McGarrah, Jeffery McGarrah and Ira Dwayne Cook; and his grandchildren, Amy Noah, DeDra Noah, Rebecka Spann, Dason Spann, Shawn McGarrah, Shannon McGarrah, Megan Taylor, Miranda McGarrah, Larisa Pack, Matthew McGarrah, Tasha Mitchell, Josh McGarrah and Angie Cook. He is also survived by 33 great-grandchildren.
