He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lavender and Sheila Lavender. He is survived by: his uncles, Ron Dupree of Hooks and Rodney Gannaway of Genoa; his cousins, Sonya Ayers of Plano and Shelly Byrd of Redwater; and his close friends, Wiseguy, Beau Shoulders, Craig Kidd, Dave Campbell and Grey Sky Campaign. He is also survived by other relatives, an innumerable amount of friends, and four adorable fur children.
