He is survived by: his children, Veronica (Luke Whitehead), Cindy (Danny Brown), Andrea Burkland of Genoa and Michael; his daughter-in-law Alexandra Purifoy of Bullard; his sister Carolyn; his brother-in-law Benny Jewell of Genoa; his brothers, Marshall (Joan Purifoy), Randy (Lou Ann Purifoy) and Terry (Sharon Purifoy); his grandchildren, Lakynn Carlton (Dylan), Connor Burkland, Weston Whitehead, Ryan Whitehead, Jaren Whitehead, Jacob Purifoy, Bradly Gwinn, Gabriel Gwinn, Rylee Jo Purifoy, Caitlin Purifoy, Bailey Jo Flournoy and Hollyn Brown; and his great grandchildren, Kenley Brown and Lincoln Carlton. He is also survived by friends and other relatives.
