She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Leavelle and Beverley Leavelle; her brothers, Rodney and Dr. Ray Leavelle; and her husband Derrell Gene Scott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leah Scott Hughes and Amy Scott Welch (Johnathon); her grandchildren, Lane Hughes (Kelsey), Hayden Hughes and Wesley Welch; her siblings, Dr. Lurry Leavelle, Joyce Fulmer, Gayle Flanagan, Betty Norton and Lisa Mauk; and also Halle Hughes.
