With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Alfred Ramsey Jr. of Genoa, Arkansas, born in Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on July 13, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Overstreet Ramsey of Genoa, Arkansas; his sons, Jody Hogg of Texarkana and Stacy (Tammy Hogg); his sister Freddie Hackler of Texarkana, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Damon Hogg (Mallory) and Ashely Hogg; and his niece Brenda Sisco (Bill). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
He was retired from Red River Army Depot after thirty-six years of service, was a thirty-nine-year veteran of the Arkansas Army National Guard, and was a member of the Foundation Baptist Church.
